Joel Haines is a Musician and Composer of utmost integrity, who has managed the no small feat of composing music for films, TVC’s and some of New Zealand’s most popular TV shows such as Westside, Step Dave, The Brokenwood Mysteries, & ‘Outrageous Fortune’.
Joel has received numerous nominations for achievement in original music, at the Qantas media awards and New Zealand television awards.

Joel’s work scoring for feature film ‘This Way of Life’ has attracted attention worldwide with a screenings at Sydney, London Documentary, Seattle, Palm Springs, Voncouver & Berlin Film Festivals(where it came second in it’s category) Also Winning the people’s Choice at the Iowa Indie Film Festival. Other film & T.V. work includes:
